This is suppose to be a heavy duty machine. You aren't suppose to run it at a speed higher than 2. I'm not sure why it has 10 speeds. It lasted until the warranty ran out and then 3 gears had to be replaced. I had it repaired at an authorized dealer and the second time I tried to use it, the paddle would not turn because at least one of the gears had broken again. Replacement parts are cheap which suggests the materials are of poor quality.
