I would not even give this company one star. It made 2 cycles of ice and quit working. I called Vinotemp and they diagnosed over the phone as a faulty water and they will send a new one tomorrow ...that was probably a month ago! We have called 4 to 5 times more and we still have no replacement part. I want my money back!
