The box came completely destroyed, so destroyed I was momentarily upset with my wife for signing for it. However, the product had not a scratch on it. Assembly was minimal and simple. My only concern is for how long it will last. To that point, I'm thinking the motor or belt will be the first to go and those are both relatively simple items to replace.
