Oh, the agony ! Not even one star!!! Two GE Double ovens in less than two years ! From day one they began replacing parts...until they finally replaced every part on the first one... Still did not keep temp!!! So after they replaced every component in less than a year, instead of exchanging it for a new one, GE Customer service said I needed to buy another one!!! I wanted matching appliances and they had a new model/redesign...stupid me agreed to purchase another one!!! From the day of installation it did not work either!!! They had to order and replace the motherboard and sensors! It took 35 minutes for lower oven to reach 350 degrees!!! Their European convection ( new design ) is awful !!! If I multi-rack bake three sheets of cookies. No two sheets of cookies even resemble each other. Terrible Terrible Terrible !! I wish I had gotten Kitchen-Aid or Jennifer-Air appliances! All this is less than two year old house....BTW, THEIR GE Profile dishwasher flooded my new hardwood floor house. They replaced that dishwasher and the second one leaked the first day. Purely awful design and function. Don't buy GE unless you love headaches.
